16px;">有家长在行风在线中提问，学生初升高的压力很大，陷入各种课业辅导班，学业压力大，但家长希望孩子能够上普高，但青岛普高升学率过低。针对这个问题，王洪琪表示，高中段的教育包括普高和职高两类，青岛已经普及了高中段教育，而在普高和职高的发展上青岛有下一步考虑。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span 16px;">王洪琪说，进入职高的学生也有很多出路，可以参加春季高考，还有“3+4”等升本科机会。而进入普高的一部分孩子升大学时也会进入高职就读。“针对高中段教育的发展，青岛市教育局即将出台相关文件加强。”王洪琪说，青岛中考招生中已经有普职融通班的招生，在普职融通班中学生可以根据自己学习情况选择进普高还是继续在职高就读。</span></p><p><br/></p><p 16px;">这样的普职融通一定程度上打破了以往普高和中职各自关起门办学的壁垒，为学生们提供了更多的选择。但王洪琪强调，普职融通还相对不完善，青岛接下来将打破普职融通的界限，增大普职融通招生比例，为学生提供可选择，可二次选择的机会。另外，接下来青岛还将大力发展综合高中。“综合高中有点类似于普职融通，在综合高中里学习的学生，一年后根据自身的情况可以选择继续在普高深造，也可以选择去职高就读。”</span></p><p><br/></p><section 16px;">有家长针对今年6月下发的青岛最新中考改革方案提出疑问，说青岛市的中考政策已经下发了，但西海岸新区的中考方案还未公布。王洪琪表示，其他区市的中考改革和青岛市的中考改革是同步的，市教育局要求没有出台改革方案的在今年12月底前一定要公布。另外他表示，中考改革方案适用于2017级初中生，也就是从目前上初二的学生们开始实施。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">青岛新中考方案的一个重要变化就是语文、数学、英语科目成绩以分数形式呈现，其他科目成绩以等级形式呈现。也就是说语数英按照分数计入中考成绩，其他几科分为两个组合。其中，物理、化学、历史、道德与法治、体育与健康科目作为第一组合，总分400分；地理、生物科目作为第二组合，总分160分。第一组合达到B等及以上等级且第二组合达到C等及以上等级的考生有资格参加优质公办普通高中学校统招生录取；第一组合和第二组合均达到C等及以上等级的考生有资格参加其他公办普通高中学校统招生录取。普通高中学校录取统招生时，从达到第一组合和第二组合等级要求的考生中，按照语文、数学、英语3科总分从高到低顺序择优录取。</span></p><p><br/></p><p 16px;">针对新中考，王洪琪解读称，采取这样的录取政策，缓解了学生分分必争，反复刷题，竞争压力等问题。“以往到了初二学生们参加地理和生物辅导班的现象严重，学业压力大。实行新政以后，地理和生物达到合格就好，学生们有余力突出重点。”同时，新中考考试将突出基础性和选择性，和新高考对接，对学生的全面发展是有益的。</span></p><p><br/></p><section 16px;">“实行新中考政策之后，只有语数英看成绩了，那些偏科的学生如何发展？”有家长提出这个问题。王洪琪说，接下来青岛二中、五十八中、一中、九中等生源比较优质的普高，在自主招生时将加大理科的考查力度，理科好的学生不会吃亏。记者从2018年四所高中的自招老政策中看到，这四个高中都相对偏重理科的考查，物理、数学学科显得很是重要。一中、九中和五十八中的笔试科目都是数学、英语、物理三科。青岛二中的笔试虽然没有单独指出科目，但侧重于科学精神、思维品质等的考查，也是相对偏重于理科。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">但自招以往的老政策将迎来两大变化。首先是从2019年的普高自主招生考试开始，获得自主招生资格的考生一律参加初中学业水平考试。而以往的普高自招是在中考前进行，被录取的学生不再参加初中学业水平考试。变化以后，自招生也将没有不参加中考“直升”普高的优待了。据了解，普高新自招也将和高校自招看齐。高校自招目前执行的是获得自招资格可以拿到高校录取优惠条件，契合高考成绩进入大学。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p 16px;">第二大变化则是青岛新中考方案中的变化：笔试科目进一步减少。青岛新中考规定，普高自招主要选拔具有学科特长、创新潜质的优秀学生，满足不同潜质学生的发展需要。将严格规范自主招生办法和程序，采取笔试、面试（或专业测试）和综合素质评价相结合的录取方式，淡化笔试，笔试科目不超过2科，加强对综合素质评价结果的使用，要在自主招生方案中明确参与招生录取的综合素质评价相关内容。</span></p><p><br/></p><hr
